What we collect

When you complete the enquiry form we collect the details you choose to give us:

• Your name, email address and phone number (phone is optional).
• The type of customer you are, and the service you are asking about.
• The location of the project — usually a town or postcode, not the full address unless you give it.
• Your project description, and any extra details you add for estimating enquiries, such as the project stage or drawings available.

Please do not include sensitive personal information in the form — for example medical details or financial information. We do not need them to respond.

Why we collect it

We use your details for one purpose only: to review and respond to your enquiry. That may include preparing a quotation, asking follow-up questions, or arranging a site visit or call if you would like one.

We do not add you to a mailing list, send marketing emails, or share or sell your details to anyone else. We only contact you about your own enquiry.

How your enquiry is handled

When you submit the form, your enquiry is saved securely and an email notification is sent to our private business inbox so it reaches us quickly. The email notification shows your name and contact details so we can reply to you directly.

Enquiries are also visible in a private dashboard that only the business can access, using a password, so nothing is lost if an email goes astray. This dashboard is not linked from the public website and is not indexed by search engines.

How long we keep your information

We keep enquiry details only as long as we need them to handle your enquiry and any work that follows from it. If you decide not to go ahead, or you would like us to delete your enquiry sooner, just ask and we will remove it.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to confirm what details we hold about you, correct them, or delete them. Email info@brickworkintegrity.co.uk and we will sort it out.

Changes to this policy

If the way we handle enquiry information changes, we will update this page. The version on this page is always the current one.
